For their first official tour, the 2019-2020 PR Ambassadors visited Nunobiki Herb Garden, a lovely park filled with seasonal flowers, shrubs, and of course herbs all year round. Despite the rain, everyone was energetic. They were excited to see and smell everything in the park, and the floral footbath was a huge favorite. They also had a great time eating ice cream, making small crafts, and taking selfies with everyone.
Nunobiki Herb Garden is located on Mt. Rokko, and there are two ways to get there. You can hike directly there in a few hours and pass by the elegant Nunobiki Waterfall (one of Japan's 3 most sacred waterfalls) on the way. Or you can take the ropeway, which offers a relaxing ride with a gorgeous bird's eye view of Kobe. The park features themed gardens, relaxing cafes, a greenhouse, a footbath, and many areas to simply relax. In the summer, you can take a nap in a hammock surrounded by lavender and sunflower fields!
