Overseas Offices

The Kobe City Government has four overseas offices (one of which is controlled by an extra-governmental organization).
All those overseas offices handle not only cultural exchanges with sister cities, friendship cities and other partners but the promotion of economic exchanges for inviting corporations, etc.
